Due to continued interest in the content that was presented in 2015, the four webinars from the 2015 series were presented again in July 2016. Additional content was also presented in new webinars. The Meaningful Member Engagement Webinar Series is intended to inform health plans as they seek to enhance the role of the member in health plan decisions and administration. The webinars are also intended for frontline community partners and delivery staff such as care managers, member service representatives and home care providers.

Each webinar includes subject matter experts who introduce the specific topic and provide examples of how the issue has been addressed. Please email RIC@lewin.com with inquiries and comments.
