Disability-Competent Care Webinar Series (2017)

The CMS Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office (MMCO), in collaboration with The Lewin Group, presents the 2017 Disability-Competent Care Webinar Series. This series is intended for interested providers and health care professionals, front-line staff with health plans and provider practices, and other stakeholders. It introduces and explores the many uses of the Disability-Competent Care (DCC) model. The DCC model is a resource for providers, health plans, and healthcare organizations to enhance capacity to integrate care for adults with disability.   

This seven-part series includes content on improving care for adults with disability and provides an in-depth look at key concepts used for the implementation of DCC. Webinars feature leading experts with first-hand experience in dealing with industry challenges.
