Approximately 8% of individuals dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid under the age of 65 have an intellectual disability or related condition.1 Providers and health plans are increasingly using personalized approaches in a managed long-term services and supports (LTSS) environment to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in achieving their individual goals.

Resources for Integrated Care features resources to help providers and health plans collaborate more effectively, enhance their knowledge of health and support needs, and improve the coordination of services and supports to people with I/DD.

For additional resources to support the coordination of services for individuals who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid in their home or community, please visit the Long-Term Services and Supports page.
