This is the seventh webinar in the Disability-Competent Care Webinar Roundtable Series: Training in Disability-Competent Care and Supports. Presenters David Nolan, Yomi Wrong, and Chris Duff:
- Help participants understand cultural differences between the medical and community-based provider entities; and
- Highlight strategies to facilitate timely communication between care coordinators and medical and long-term services and supports (LTSS) providers.
Though open to all, the target audience of this webinar is individuals who work with persons with disabilities, particularly AAAs, disability resource centers and demonstration health plans.
