Attendees will have the opportunity to experience case studies in American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) integrated care through viewing video interviews with AI/AN integrated care key stakeholders.
Objectives:
1. Examine differences in approaches to integrated care in AI/AN communities.
2. Identify cultural considerations employed by the case examples.
3. Evaluate lessons learned and potential challenges to integrated care as reported in case examples.
Credits: 1 hour of ACCME, ANCC, AAPA, ASWB, APA
To receive a certificate of continuing education, you must electronically sign-in for the session, participate in the entire live internet activity and complete the online evaluation.
