This webinar will highlight the way both behavioral health and medical providers may have to adjust their usual way of practice to be more inclusive and collaborative to provide more holistic care. The presenters will discuss specific ways in which behavioral health and medical providers change their practice and how this helps to break down silos in the agency.

Objectives:

1. Examine the role of a provider who only works in a behavioral health setting or only among other behavioral health providers. 2. Identify ways in which behavioral health practice can adapt to working alongside medical providers or in a medical setting. 3. Identify ways in which medical providers can shift their practice to break down silos in their agency.
