This is the fifth webinar in the Disability-Competent Care Webinar Roundtable Series: Training in Disability-Competent Care and Supports. Presenters Chris Duff, James Bremer, and June Kailes will:

  1. Help participants understand the value of community participation;
  2. Discuss the range of transportation options for persons with functional limitations; and
  3. Highlight how one plan assesses the unique needs of each member and provides transportation support, as needed.

Though open to all, the target audience of this webinar is individuals who work with persons with disabilities, particularly consumers, advocates and long-term services and supports (LTSS) providers.
