In this webinar, the NCAPPS team will share a new tool that leadership can use to measure progress in developing a more person-centered system, the Person-Centered Practices Self-Assessment. First, the tool’s creator will provide an overview. Then, staff and people with lived experience from North Dakota will share how and why they are putting the tool to use to transform their human service system.
