Long-term services and supports (LTSS) providers coordinate care for Medicaid beneficiaries in their own home or community. These services may be medical or non-medical and are available to seniors and people with disabilities in need of long-term assistance. Many states are implementing managed care to better integrate and coordinate care for Medicaid recipients.
