This webinar will cover the various forms of stigma affecting individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs), particularly in rural settings. We will explore common stigmatizing beliefs about opioid use disorder (OUD) and medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and discuss evidence-based strategies to combat these harmful perceptions. Participants will gain valuable insights into fostering more supportive and stigma-free communities, making a real difference in the lives of those affected by SUD.
