Resources for Integrated Care is excited to present four webinars related to Member Engagement.
The 2017 Member Engagement Webinar Series is intended to inform health plans as they seek to enhance the role of members in health plan decisions and administration. The webinars are also intended for frontline community partners and delivery staff such as care managers, member service representatives, and home care providers.
