Webinar hosted by the Urban Indigenous Health Institute (UIHI) to provide an overview of the Community Health Profile Reports.

On Friday, November 12 at 11:30 a.m. PST, UIHI will be hosting a webinar to offer an overview of the aggregate and individual Community Health Profile reports, provide information about the indicators and data included, and highlight how these reports can be used by UIHPs and other organizations providing services to urban American Indian and Alaska Native communities across the United States. UIHI will also provide a walkthrough demonstration of the Community Health Profile data dashboard.
